Warranty Policy

At NoxliHome, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our lighting fixtures. We are proud to offer a 3-year limited warranty on our products to ensure your peace of mind and long-term satisfaction.

1. Warranty Coverage

Duration: This warranty is valid for 3 years from the original date of purchase.
What is Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under normal residential use. This includes electrical components (such as integrated LED drivers or lamp holders) and structural frame defects.
Remedy: If a product or component proves to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, NoxliHome will, at our discretion, provide replacement parts or a replacement unit free of charge.

2. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, or surface scratches resulting from everyday use.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product assembly and care instructions.
Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, electrical overloads, or acts of nature (e.g., lightning, floods).
Consumable components or standard replacement light bulbs (unless specified otherwise as part of an integrated, non-removable module).
Items purchased through unauthorized resellers or second-hand channels.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your lighting fixture has a manufacturing defect and you need to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at contact@noxlihome.store with your original order number and proof of purchase.
Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
Our technical team will review your claim within 24–48 business hours. If approved, we will ship out the necessary replacement parts or product unit to your address in the United States.
